I'm now 4 years anxiety-free because I’ve discovered a holistic way to heal without medication. I learned that it's the daily things we do that make a massive difference, and how we talk to ourselves matters.


In fact, everything starts in our brain, and once we learn how to change our self-talk, we can change ANYTHING in our lives.

What makes The Anxiety Toolkit unique is its foundation in real-life experience and practical strategies. I’m Katerina Novakova, and I created this toolkit after battling anxiety myself. When I moved from the Czech Republic to England, I started experiencing severe anxiety, insomnia, and toxic relationships. My journey to healing involved therapy, coaching, and the development of new habits that transformed my life.
